We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information published on our website as the information is obtained from the respective airline operators; we do not stand guarantee for the accuracy of the information published on our website. During bank processing of an international travel, there may be fluctuations in the exchange rate of currencies, for which we cannot be held liable. We publish all airfare in United States Dollars on our website. The deals and offers that are availed through our website are calculated based on several factors such as the destination city, class of ticket, time of the year, how far in advance the reservation is made, choice of the airline and so on.

PRICES

The price may vary before the issuance of an air ticket; there may be changes in the fare of the air ticket after reservation and before ticketing. In such cases, we make sure that you get notified before proceeding to the payment for the same. Most tickets published on our website or not inclusive of baggage fees unless we state it clearly.

Business class tickets will be available on all flights whereas a First class ticket will be available only on select flights. You are requested to visit the website of your preferred airline to go through the type of ticket available before making a booking with us. CONFIRMATION

You will receive a reservation confirmation before we issue the confirmed ticket. You may then proceed with the new fare in effect or have the rights to cancel your ticket when such a change arises, but before ticket issuance. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Reservations that have been ticketed cannot be transferred or refunded unless specifically mentioned. If you wish to make a cancellation within 24 hours of ticket booking, then you may directly call on the following number () for refund requisition. If the booking has crossed the 24 hour limit, then the airline may deny a refund and we do not stand guarantee for a refund in such a case. In order to get a refund, you will be asked to pay the cancellation charges to the airline. When you are unable to make the journey, and have not performed a cancellation, then you will have to forfeit the entire fare paid. In case you reach the airport on time but are denied boarding due to security or other unforeseen reasons, then you cannot demand a refund. In certain cases, a delayed boarding may also lead to refund forfeiture.

The airline does not allow a change in the name or date of travel after the issue of a confirmed itinerary to its passenger. Always make sure that you make reservations with the correct spelling and respective dates failing which you will be required to cancel the old ticket with the wrong spelling and will have to book a new ticket, subject to availability. A credit is issued by the airline if it approves a refund request in the same name as mentioned in the first booking. This credit will have to be used by the same passenger, within a stipulated period of time and with the same airline. We do not guarantee a refund within a specified time frame as it is solely governed by the rules and policies of the airline concerned. After the receipt of the refund request, an acknowledgement notification will be sent to you. Receiving this notification does not imply that you will be getting a refund. These refund request queries are processed in a sequence and prioritizing a particular customer’s query will not be possible. The refund amount will be directly credited to your account after a conclusion has been arrived by the airline and the website. It will take between 60-90 days to process a refund request and there may be cancellation penalties levied on the refund. BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

The airfare that is displayed on our website does not include baggage fees unless we have stated otherwise. In case you carry extra baggage in addition to the permitted limit by the airline, then you will have to personally bear the extra charges directly to the airline. It is always better to travel with minimal luggage so that you can avoid these extra charges. Otherwise, the website will resolve any claim, controversy or dispute arising from the use of the site, the site’s terms and conditions, or the breach, interpretation, termination, enforcement or validity thereof, or the relationship between the customer and the website, in accordance with the subsections below or as otherwise mutually agreed by both the parties in writing.

SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION; GOVERNING LAW

The above mentioned terms and conditions and the rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, exclusive of conflict of choice of law rules. The customer agrees that any claims shall be brought into a court located in Hillsborough County, Florida, United states of America. FILING CLAIMS IN AN IMPROPER MANNER

The Claims brought against the website must be resolved in accordance with the “Dispute Resolution” section. All Claims that do not conform to this section shall be considered improperly filed and void. If the customer’s Claim is not in accordance with this section, then the website may recover from the customer the attorney fees on behalf of the website and costs up to $10,000, provided that the website will notify the customer in writing that the Claim was improperly filed, and the customer should promptly withdraw the Claim.
